Alicia Schnebelen, M.D. is PathNet’s premier board-certified dermatopathologist. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Central Arkansas, with summa cum laude distinction. She received her medical education and residency training at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She then completed a fellowship in dermatopathology from the University of Arkansas, with a secondary emphasis on soft tissue pathology and extensive cross-training in clinical dermatology.
Dr. Schnebelen has published several peer-reviewed works and has been featured three times as a speaker in the prestigious “Duel in Dermatopathology” competition at the American Society of Dermatopathology annual meeting. She is a past recipient of the distinguished national Arthur Purdy Stout Society Trainee Award for residents in training and a member of the American and International Societies of Dermatopathology and the Dallas-Fort Worth Dermatological Society.
